Terms of Service

We write and revise resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles. A writer on our team is assigned to your order, produces a draft, and revises it with you until you approve it. Every order is written by a person. We do not sell templates and we do not generate documents automatically.

You order through this site or by contacting us. You do not need an account: customers check out as guests, and only our own staff hold logins. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us. We write from the work history you provide and we do not verify or embellish it.

Each order is a single payment for the package you chose. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Nothing is charged until your first draft is ready: we invoice at that point, and payment is taken after you have seen the work.

Prices are shown on the pricing section of our homepage and are in US dollars.

The turnaround shown against each package is measured from the moment a writer is assigned to your order, not from the moment you pay, and it is the time to your first draft. Revision rounds are additional. If we are waiting on information from you, that time does not count against the turnaround.

The number of revision rounds included is listed against each package. A round means you send us your changes and your writer returns an updated draft. An order is complete when you approve the final version, not when the first draft is sent.

If we have not yet assigned a writer, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a draft has been written, the work has been done, so refunds are at our discretion and we will normally offer further revisions instead. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.

The finished resume is yours. On full payment, ownership of the delivered documents transfers to you and you may use, edit and distribute them however you like. We keep a copy in our records but we do not publish your documents or reuse your content for another customer.

We write a strong resume. We cannot promise you interviews, a job offer, or any particular outcome from an application, because hiring decisions are not ours to make. Any claim to the contrary from anyone is not a term of this agreement.

Do not ask us to write anything false. We will decline an order that asks us to invent qualifications, employment, credentials or references, and we may cancel and refund an order on that basis.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
