Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to write and deliver your resume.

• Contact details. Your name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number. You enter these yourself at checkout.
• The material you send us. Your existing resume, work history, and any notes about the roles you are targeting. This is the substance of the order.
• Order records. What you bought, when, the writer assigned, drafts, and the messages exchanged about the order.
• Payment status. Whether an order is paid. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

We do not buy, rent, scrape or import contact lists, and we have no way to email an address that did not come from a customer at checkout or from a staff member we hired.

• To write, revise and deliver the resume you paid for.
• To email you about your own order: a confirmation, the name of your writer, your draft when it is ready, and anything needed to finish the work.
• To take payment and keep the financial records we are required to keep.
• To answer you when you contact support.

We do not send marketing email, we do not run advertising campaigns, and we do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

Your material is visible to the writer assigned to your order and to the administrators who run the service. It is not shared with other customers or other writers.

We share data outside the company in only three situations: with our payment processor to take payment, with the infrastructure providers that host the service and deliver our email, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Every message we send is triggered by something specific: an order you placed, a writer being assigned, a draft being ready, or an action on a staff account. There is no mailing list to join and none to leave.

Even so, every message carries an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in your mail client. Using either stops all further notifications to that address immediately. If you have an order in progress when you unsubscribe, we will contact you by phone instead so your finished resume still reaches you. The one message we will still send is a password reset, because it is requested from the account itself and is the only way back in.

If an address hard-bounces or is reported as spam, we stop sending to it automatically and permanently.

We keep order records and the material you sent for as long as your account or order history is active, and afterwards only as long as we need to for tax, accounting and legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your data we do so, except where a record must be retained by law.

The public pages of ordertsr.com set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The staff portal sets a single session cookie so a signed-in administrator or writer stays signed in. It is strictly necessary, and it is removed when you sign out.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@ordertsr.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, so that nobody else can request your data.

The site and the API are served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to customer material is limited to the writer on the order and to administrators.

This service is intended for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be sent by email.
